Job Description - Responsibilities
The candidate is expected to work as a part of highly dynamic and focus driven team which is building a Single Strategic Document Management Solution for leading Investment Banks and Financial Institutions.
As part of the project, the candidate is expected to undertake a comprehensive review of complex financial derivative agreements like ISDAs, CSAs, MRAs, GMRAs, Prime Brokerage Agreements etc.
The candidate will review and extract key contractual obligations of both client and well as the client's counterparties and build it into the database.
In addition, the candidate will also work on contract portfolio searching, reporting and analysis, document and data storage, integration and support services.
The candidate will support senior team members/managers in preparing reports in relation to team's performance, quantity and quality matrix dashboards etc.
Prepare minutes of meetings for the weekly/daily calls, both internally with the company's stakeholders and well as external clients.
Raise queries and seek clarifications with regard to team's questions with auditors and dissemination of appropriate information to the team.
Escalate issues as required.
Work Locations :- Mumbai - Airoli
Shift Timings:-
Day shifts: 6.00 am to 3.00 pm / 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm / 12.00pm to 9.00pm {Rotational Basis}
Night shifts: 7.30 pm to 4.30 am. (No night shifts for females)
